VMRO-DPMNE called on state prosecutors to investigate the case of the National Agency for European Educational Programs and Mobility “Erasmus +”, in which it was revealed that a hair salon was paid 270,000 euros. According to VMRO-DPMNE spokesperson Dimche Arsovski, this is a classic case of abuse of institutions.

“The Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime by now should have entered the agency headed by Lidija Dimova and opened an investigation. But that will not happen if there is no public pressure, because with that the Public Prosecutor’s Office is commanded by Ruskovska and Zoran Zaev,” said Arsovski.

“In other countries such grants are given to distinguished educational institutions, universities, schools… In Macedonia, the money is paid out to hair salons. These is European money that Lidija Dimova gave to a hair salon whose owner runs two businesses from the shop. One of the grants he received was for media literacy. This is unbelivable,” Arsovski said.

Arsovski added that Zlatkovski is a longtime friend of Dimova and her fellow activist in the SDSM party supporting NGO organizations.
