Health Minister says curfew is not a solution in dealing with the pandemic

After the meeting with the Commission for Infectious Diseases on Monday, Minister of Health Venko Filipche pointed out that the curfew was not a solution, but it was necessary for the citizens to respect the measures.

He added that a meeting is scheduled for Wednesday to discuss the involvement of private internists in the process of dealing with the coronavirus.

At the same press conference, head of the Commission for Infectious Diseases Dr. Zarko Karadzovski pointed out that on average about 80 percent of the confirmed cases were asymptomatic. He pointed out that 12-14 percent of the confirmed cases of coronavirus had a mild clinical picture, i.e. fever, fatigue and weakness.
