The opposition VMRO-DPMNE says that thousands of teachers may lose their jobs, commenting on the new concept of education with which the subjects of history and geography would be integrated into one, as social sciences, and chemistry and biology into natural.
According to VMRO-DPMNE, this means abolishing the history issue, in order for the Government to please the Bulgarian authorities.
“The period when Zaev played a fake patriot passed quickly, he returned to the waters where he plays best, and those are the treacherous policies. To please the Bulgarians, Zaev would now abolish history in primary schools, thus inflicting severe embarrassment and shame on the state that gives up the right to study its history,” said VMRO-DPMNE.
Hence, they call for the withdrawal of the concept of education and the immediate opening of a wide and detailed presentation of the contents that were rejected and those that would remain in the educational process, as well as a wide and detailed public debate involving all relevant factors, institutions, institutes and scientific titles, so that Macedonian history is not taken away from the Macedonian future.
