After Health Minister Venko Filipche said that the situation with the virus is quite stable and that if it stays like this, the working hours of the restaurants will return to 9 pm, the hospitality businesses demanded that the measure be abolished and the working hours until 9 pm be valid starting Monday.
The caterer hospitality businesses say that if everything is in order and the numbers are dropping, they do not see a reason why they could not work until 9 pm starting now, instead of waiting until January 21, when the work measure of closing at 6 pm is still valid.
After their reaction, Filipche said that their request of hospitality businesses to stay open after 9 pm is logical and could be discussed by the Commission for Infectious Diseases soon.
