VMRO-DPMNE: Zaev promised 5% growth of the economy, and we cannot move above 2.5% for 2 years

Zoran Zaev promised 5% economic growth, and we cannot move above 2.5% for 2 years. There is no investment, no job creation, say VMRO-DPMNE.

The party points out that 55,000 people lost their jobs last year alone.

“If Zaev’s measures from the so-called anti-crisis packages were successful, we would not have such a large number of people on the streets now. Zaev boasts of invented numbers, which only he understands, and in which only he believes. The reality is that Macedonia is sinking. 1.5 billion euros of new debt in one year. The budget deficit in December alone amounted to 225 million euros, which is more than the budget deficit in the whole of 2019, which amounted to 222 million euros. Zaev’s measures bring Macedonia to the bottom,” reads the statement of VMRO-DPMNE.
