President Stevo Pendarovski assessed as legitimate the requests for postponement of the census due to the situation with the pandemic. He says it will not be the end of the world if the census is postponed by a month or two.
“I hear the calls to look into the timing of the census, and to follow the situation with the epidemic and the vaccines. I don’t think it will be a big deal if we postpone it for a month or two. Those are legitimate demands, that relate to the healthcare situation. It won’t be the end of the world. I don’t say postpone it by a year, but a month or two shouldn’t be a problem,” Pendarovski said.
