The Government Tuesday’s session accepted on the recommendation of the Commission for Infectious Diseases and the Crisis Staff to enforce a nationwide curfew imposed between 10 pm and 5 am. The measure will be implemented until March 22.

This information was announced by Prime Minister Zoran Zaev at Tuesday’s press conference.

“The decision was made on the basis of the report of the Crisis Staff and will be enforced in the next two weeks starting tomorrow between 10 pm and 5 am, until March 22,” said Zaev.

He also informed that a decision has been made for a mandatory quarantine of two weeks for all those returning from a trip to South Africa and other African countries, as well as for foreign travelers coming from Africa.

“A state quarantine will be organized for all foreigners coming from Africa,” said Zaev.

He announced details at a separate press conference.
