These are the questions that arise from the copy of the document that was leaked to Plusinfo.mk, from the post with the logo of the German Deutsche Bank which is claimed to be related to the deal between the Macedonian government and the Starbi company for procurement of 200,000 vaccines from the Chinese Sinopharm manufacturer.
