Despite the coronavirus pandemic, Finland is again for the fourth year in a row the happiest country in the world and ranks first on this list of the United Nations, and Macedonia is the least happy in the region among 149 countries, Forbes announced on Friday on the World Happiness Day.
Macedonia ranks 94th, and comes last in the neighborhood compared to the countries of the former Yugoslavia, with Montenegro closest to 72nd, Bosnia and Herzegovina 64th, and Croatia 60th. Slovenia ranks far better at 29th, Kosovo surprisingly at 33rd, and Serbia at 48th.
