The Association of Trainees and Young Doctors goes to the Constitutional Court. The document, which was also published on Facebook, states that they are initiating a procedure for assessing the constitutionality and legality of a bylaw.
They want to assess the constitutionality of the government decision which “Prohibits the use of vacations, paid and unpaid leave by all employees in the health sector.”
The association points out that it is a shame that some doctors are left without rest in a pandemic that lasts for more than 1 year, and they are the first to be hit, while others are more deserving citizens.
