Theater director Vladimir Milchin criticizes the government for revoking curfews for those who went to Serbia for vaccinations last weekend.
“The government trains strictness where it should not. Let him train a little strictness with criminals of all party colors! It does not touch them because some are their own, some because they pay a racket. Brothers in arms.
