Prime Minister Zoran Zaev assures that Wednesday of Thursday the Parliament will adopt the amendments to the Law on Census for its postponement for September, and since the operation itself has started in accordance with the existing Law with a preparatory phase for field activities, all materials that will be made today , will be taken into account.
“There is no need for any responsibility, because with the adoption of the law itself, all the materials that have been made today will be taken into account. It was clear that the first days are ready for the enumerators themselves to go out on the field, so I believe that there will be no need for any dilemma. By law, we achieve the great goal of really involving everyone in the population census process,” said Prime Minister Zaev, answering a media question after today’s arrival of new vaccines from Serbia.
He stressed that with the adoption of the amendments to the Law on Census, which he expects today or tomorrow, there will be no need to go to the field, so to make breaks and everything to continue from September 5.
