MOC-OA: People will enter churches through one side, and exit from the other side!

The Macedonian Orthodox Church – Ohrid Archbishopric (MOC-OA) today issued a statement calling for responsibility and respect for the measures given by the health authorities, given the epidemiological situation in the country and on the eve of Easter and the Easter holidays.

“We inform the faithful that MOC-OA, in the upcoming period of the Passion Week, which abounds in worship, the following measures will be introduced and implemented in temples and monasteries: persons will be appointed who will take care of the mandatory wearing of protective masks inside and outside “temples and to keep the prescribed distance, where there are conditions, liturgies will be served outdoors and where there are conditions, a separate entrance and a separate exit from the temple will be established,” said in a statement from the Macedonian Orthodox Church – Ohrid Archbishopric.
