Every Skopje citizen over the age of 40 who applied for a COVID-19 vaccine appointment via the vakcinacija.mk website through April 30 has gotten an appointment, Minister of Health Venko Filipche wrote in a Facebook post Sunday.
Over the next three days, people older than 40 who applied at the website from other parts of the country will also get notified of their vaccine appointments, Filipche added.
The health minister said that currently being inoculated were also patients who had undergone transplant surgery and those undergoing dialysis.
The country’s vaccination program has accelerated, according to Filipche, who urged citizens to apply for their appointments via vakcinacija.mk.
