The vaccination process is slow because there are not enough vaccines. The dynamics will change when Chinese Sinovac jabs and 100 thousand of the Pfizer vaccines arrive through the COVAX faculty, claims Health Minister Venko Filipce, and adds that 600 thousand vaccines should arrived in Macedonia by the end of June.
“The vaccination process, compared to what it was in previous weeks, when a large amount of vaccines arrived from China, is somewhat slowed down, due to the small amount of vaccines that comes every Monday. Our latest information is that 100 thousand Pfizer vaccines will arrive through the COVAX system on June 28, and on June 27 or 28, half of the Chinese Sinovac vaccines and the other half up to a total of 500 thousand, by June 30,” said Filipche.
