Remzi Nesimi is posthumously awarded the Order of Merit for his permanent contribution in the philological science and Albanian science in the country and abroad.
Zhivko Mukaetov is awarded the Order of Merit for professional standards in the pharmaceutical industry, his philanthropy and social responsibility.
