A vaccination site will be reopened at the Boris Trajkovski Sports Center in Skopje as vaccination rate goes up across the nation. This time it will be opened in the small sports hall starting Wednesday or Thursday, Health Minister Venko Filipche said Saturday.

“I believe the [reopening] will ease the pressure on health centers offering vaccines,” he told reporters adding that the small hall will feature some 20 vaccination cabins.

Urging the citizens to get vaccinated, Filipche said that enough vaccines are at disposal in the country. Hospitals in cities and towns with high vaccination rate are not overwhelmed with patients. However, there will be about 20 places where the vaccination can be carried out and I believe that this will relieve the crowds and queues that we have in front of the Health Centers, he stressed.
