Prime Minister Zoran Zaev said Thursday that for now there is no discussion about special lockdown or special restrictions due to the current epidemiological situation in the country.

“We hope that the numbers that have stabilized in the last few days will start to fall, especially if we adhere to the measures and are careful,” Zaev said, answering reporters’ questions.

Regarding the increased number of cases, especially in Tetovo and Gostivar, Zaev says that it is mainly about citizens with chronic diseases. But what is happening in our country, he added, is happening in the region and in the world, both in terms of numbers and mortality. If we are more careful and if we are more responsible, the situation will get better.
