Stephan Bogoev needs to act according to the law and demolish the building’s illegal construction belonging to Petre Shilegov, reads the opposition VMRO-DPMNE press release.
Shilegov’s building in Karposh is illegal. Two floors of the building are outside the DUP. The Municipality of Karposh is the only competent institution that issues permits for construction, extension or renovation, but also carries out demolition when it comes to illegal construction. In the part where the building is located, Shilegov illegal construction is in force DUP which allows construction in height of 7.5 meters, ie ground floor, floor and attic. Shilegov raised two more floors above that, according to VMRO-DPMNE.
