“I do not expect a successful census, the government did not find the strength to accept the remarks of the professional, expert public and political opponents in order to reach a point when we will have an acceptable census for all citizens, and thus assumes full responsibility on the quality of the census and the results of the census and the possible failure of that census,” says Dimovski.
