At the end of his address at the first appearance of the campaign in the local elections, VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski called for an end to the divisions, and for the people to unite.
“Right, left, Macedonians, Albanians, Turks, Serbs, Roma, Vlachs, Bosniaks, old and young, women and men. The time has come for change and for the people to start creating a new future. Let’s get out of the circle of apathy. “Because the more they are in power, the less of Macedonia remains,” Mickoski said.
He added that this is the generation that understands the importance of this historic moment, sees the chance for change, projects and victories, the chance to create, the chance for a new future.
“We have knowledge and a program with many projects, we guarantee that we will fulfill it and you know that you can believe in our given word. We have been taught by the mistakes of the past and with corrected and eradicated weaknesses, we are new people, qualified, honest and aware of the circumstances and the responsibility we take … We enter these elections with a pure heart and seek your trust, we promise you a lot of work and concrete results. The new future begins with the changes, after which the projects follow, the new future will bring victories,” Mickoski said.
