Leader of the DS party which is part of Zaev’s coalition PavleTrajanov told the Bulgarian daily Dnevnik that changes in the Macedonian Constitution will only happen if Bulgaria also amends its Constitution.
“How do we vote in the Parliament on this request? It will only be possible with reciprocity”, Trajanov said.
Despite the fact that Bulgaria’s Constitution does not provide for the possibility of recognizing minorities, the DS leader believes that this issue can only be resolved with equal access on both sides.
