The Directorate of Technological-Industrial Development Zones (TIDZ) started with the reduction of street lighting in parts of the TIR Zones throughout the country, and the external lighting boards in the Directorate are completely excluded, as a contribution to overcoming the crisis in the energy sector.

According to the Directorate of TIDZ, the reduction of street lighting is done in cooperation and consultation with companies in the zones and is applied in certain parts that are considered lighting is not necessary and will not disrupt their functioning. This measure, TIDZ added, will be implemented during the 30-day crisis declared by the Government.

At a session held on the November  9th, the Government decided to declare a state of crisis in the energy sector for 30 days in order to successfully address the challenges posed by the global energy crisis.
