Deutsche Welle cites unofficial sources close to the ruling coalition who say that PM Zoran Zaev will resign near the end of the year, shortly after the annual address by President Stevo Pendarovski.

There is no official confirmation of these allegations yet, but it is quite certain that the end of this and the beginning of next year will be politically intense – on the one hand is the demand for early elections by the opposition, and on the other – the intention of the current majority to form a stable a government that will lead the process until the end of its term.
