President StevoPendarovski awarded the mandate to form the next Government to the newly appointed SDSM party leader DimitarKovachevski.
“Based on Article 84 paragraph 1 line one of the Constitution of the Republic of North Macedonia and the notification on the proposal of the prime minister-designate submitted by SDSM, and supported by the political members of the coalition, which together have the majority prescribed by the Constitution in the Parliament of RNM, I appoint Mr. DimitarKovachevski, leader of SDSM, to form the new Government,” said Pendarovski.
“The times call for stable and responsible people. We need efficient, honest and responsible governance. My personal pledge is to restore trust in the institutions,” Kovachevski said.
