18,909 active COVID-19 cases were registered in the country on Saturday, most of which – 9,614 are in Skopje. The authorities urge the unvaccinated to get vaccinated and adhere to protection measures.
According to the data published yesterday by the Institute of Public Health, 6,647 tests were performed, and 1,837 new cases of covid-19 were registered, 24 died and 85 patients recovered.
Patients with COVID-19 are also admitted to the COVID Centers of Dermatology and Neurology Clinics, where there are still free beds for patients in need of hospitalization. As informed by the Ministry of Health, according to the data from the Infectious Diseases and COVID Centers – the centers have 616 hospitalized patients throughout the country, of which 199 are in Skopje.
