VMRO-DPMNE demands from the Government to reconsider the decision for the second semester to start with in-person classes for the students because the Omicron variant of COVID-19 is spreading faster and faster.

The party proposes to the government that the classes for students from fourth to ninth grade continue online for the next two weeks, and from the first to third grade that classes begin in person.

The opposition party’s press release reads that a total of 180 people had died in the past week due to the government’s inability to deal with the pandemic.
