The claims that the website of the National Bank has been hacked are absolutely incorrect, which anyone can be convinced of if they visit www.nbrm.mk, reads the NBRM press release.
They added that in the past there were attempts to attack, but the security of the information system of the National Bank has never been questioned.
“The National Bank, in line with global trends, is constantly working to strengthen the resilience of the information system, by strengthening security protections and all other necessary resources,” the banks said in a press release.
Earlier this week, Greek hackers under the name “Powerful Greek Army” announced that they had attacked the National Bank website.
