Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski announced the harmonization of pensions in the middle of the year, as well as additional financial assistance for pensioners.
“We already had an alignment, and we have another one that will happen in the middle of the year. In addition, given that this is a year that is a year of economic crisis, caused by the European energy crisis, we are analyzing additional financial assistance to retirees, it will be scalable, i.e. those who have the lowest pensions to receive the most, and those who have higher pensions, will receive an amount accordingly,” Kovachevski said
