The peak of the fourth COVID wave is decreasing, the epidemiological situation is slightly improving, said Minister of Health Bekim Sali on Saturday.
“The epidemiological situation in the whole country is slightly decreasing, i.e. the peak of the fourth wave is decreasing. The level of vaccination and complete immunization in our country is lower than in the EU member states. We want positive results from this analysis in order to then reduce the measures, i.e. to be freer to function. If we get positive results according to which there will be over 70% of the total immunization in the country, then we will start relaxing and facilitating the measures,” said the Minister.
