Bitola’s Europharm Pelister secured a place in the quarterfinals of the European League where it will play against Croatia’s Nexe.
The Macedonian runner-up played a great match and outclassed the Greek team with 30:19. With this triumph, E. Pelister finished the group with five wins, two draws and three defeats, which was enough for the second place in the table.
One of the most deserving for the victory was the goalkeeper Marton Sekelj who finished the match with 15 saves, saves and seven 7-meter throws. Mandalinikj was the top scorer with seven goals, Taboada scored six goals as much as Pavletikj.
