VMRO-DPMNE Vice President and Aerodrom Mayor Timcho Mucunski met with Andrea Cascone, Director for the Adriatic and Western Balkans at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday.
At the meeting, Mucunski expressed gratitude for the principled support provided by Italy to the Republic of Macedonia on its path to membership in the European Union.
Opposition Vice President Mucunski before Cascone emphasized the support that VMRO-DPMNE undoubtedly gives for faster opening of accession talks with the European Union based on European values and criteria.
The interlocutors agreed that the cooperation will continue with intensive dynamics in order to improve relations between the two countries.
