The State Statistical Office announced today that in February the number of tourists in the country was 35,642, of which 53.1 percent were foreign and 46.9 percent domestic tourists.
A total of 76,536 overnight stays were realized, of which 54.1 percent by foreign and 45.9 percent by domestic tourists.
In the period between January and February compared to the same period last year, there was an increase in the number of tourists by 34.7 percent and an increase in the number of overnight stays by 30.9 percent.
