In February,2022, 250 building permits were issued, which is 27.7 percent less than February last year, according to the State Statistical Office. The most new permits, 85, are in the Skopje region, followed by Polog 53, Southeast 38, etc.
According to the issued building permits, the estimated value of the facilities is 2,763,961,000 denars, which is 39.7 percent less compared to February of last year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 138 (55.2 percent) are for apartment buildings, 29 (11.6 percent) are for civil engineering structures, and 83 (33.2 percent) are for reconstructions.
Individuals are investors in 146 (58.4 percent) of the facilities, and business entities are investors in 104 (41.6 percent).
