Former Minister Mile Janakieski has been acquitted of charges against TNT, a case involving the demolition of the Cosmos building complex after Prosecutor Burim Rustemi dropped that part of the indictment due to lack of evidence. Rustemi demanded that the other defendants in this case be sentenced to prison.

During the procedure, it was proved with certainty that the defendants committed the acts they are charged with. Accused Nikola Gruevski abused his position and influence as Prime Minister to fulfill his desire to demolish the “Cosmos” complex to his political opponent Fiat Canovski and inflict financial damage on him, said Public Prosecutor Burim Rustemi in his closing argument on the “TNT” case on Wednesday.
