“North Macedonia has met all the conditions for the start of negotiations and, in addition, has achieved 100% harmonization with the EU foreign and security policy, as well as 40% adoption of EU legislation, and now is the critical moment for the European Union to deliver through the adoption of the negotiating framework “, said Minister Osmani, announced the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
