VIDEO | I’m Albanian, I’m not a Macedonian minister but a minister of North Macedonia, says Bekteshi

Economy Minister Kreshnik Bekteshi reacted when he was called a “Macedonian minister” during a visit to Albania. At a press conference with Albanian Finance and Economy Minister Delina Ibrahimaj, reporters asked Bekteshi about the legalization of medical cannabis.
“I have a question for the Macedonian minister,” said the reporter, to which Minister Bekteshi replied:
“Excuse me, I’m a Minister of North Macedonia, I’m not Macedonian, I am Albanian,” Bekteshi said.
This is the second scandal since Bekteshi’s visit to Albania, after yesterday he was greeted only with Albanian flags, with no Macedonian flag in sight.
