Delegation of the MOC – Ohrid Archbishopric, led by His Beatitude, Archbishop HH Stefan is staying in Istanbul, where on Sunday, the birthday of the Church, Pentecost, in the temple of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Fanar, he will hold a joint patriarchal and synodal liturgy with the Ecumenical Patriarch HH Bartholomew.

On the eve of the joint liturgy, Patriarch Bartholomew and Archbishop Stefan will hold a service this afternoon at which the Patriarchal and Synodal Act of the Holy Synod of the Ecumenical Patriarchate will be officially handed over to our Church, which removes the decades-old schism imposed on the ancient Ohrid Archbishopric.
