Mayor of the City of Skopje Danela Arsovska with the representative Trade Union Organization of the City of Skopje, signed amendments to the Collective Agreement at the level of employer City of Skopje which make a linear increase for all employees in the city administration of 2800 denars, except for those for whom there was already an increase on the basis of increasing the minimum wage.
“The City of Skopje is the first institution that makes a linear increase in wage harmonization in accordance with the requirements of the representative union of the City of Skopje, in the interest of promoting workers’ rights. This harmonization meets the needs of employees of the City of Skopje, in order to amortize the negative effects of double-digit inflation and the economic crisis they face, “said Mayor Arsovska.
