According to the latest data published by the State Statistics Office, the index of the average monthly paid net salary per employee in May 2022, compared to May 2021, is 109.4. Or, the average net salary in May this year is 9.4 percent higher than the same in May last year and it is MKD 31,407 or EUR 510.
According to statistics, this increase compared to the previous month is due, above all, to the increase in the average monthly net salary per employee in the sectors: Accommodation facilities and food service activities (19.7%), Art, entertainment and recreation (16.1 %) and Processing Industry (14.3 %).
