The Court handed down suspended sentences for six more accused for the incidents in front of the Assembly during the protests against the French proposal, after they pleaded guilty at Tuesday’s trial in the Skopje Basic Criminal Court for the events in front of the Parliament on July 5 2022.
The main hearing at the Basic Criminal Court Skopje was held today against six persons accused of the crime – Participation in a mob that will commit a crime under Art. 385 paragraph 2 paragraph 1 c.c. art. 22 that took place on May 7, 2022 in front of the RNM Parliament.
