With the Protocol that was signed last month, the governments of North Macedonia and Bulgaria have an obligation within two years after some results have been achieved and announced, to implement them, and that on both sides based on the principle of reciprocity, said the Vice Prime Minister for European Affairs Bojan Marichikj yen Wednesday in connection with the recommendations of the Joint Commission for Historical and Educational Issues, agreed by the Macedonian and Bulgarian sides.

The opposition, on the other hand, accuses that historical issues are the subject of negotiations.

“With the Protocol that was signed last month, the Governments have an obligation within two years after some results have been achieved and announced, to implement them,” said Minister Marichikj.
