Bulgarian MFA encourages Joint Historical Commission to continue its work

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bulgaria welcomes the previous activity of the Joint Commission for Educational and Historical Issues between Sofia and Skopje, established by the 2017 Good-Neighborliness Treaty.

The Ministry reminds that the commission reached an agreement for the holy brothers Cyril and Methodius, Saint Clement and Naum and Tsar Samuel.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kostadin Kojabashev said that the department encourages the commission to continue its efforts to quickly complete the work of all periods of what he says is our common history.
