Macedonian President Stevo Pendarovski, who as the patron of the handball tournament arrived in Struga to watch the match between Eurofarm Pelister and Tatran from Preshov, was loudly booed by the audience.
At the moment when the official speaker announces the arrival of the President, the audience suddenly started booing and insulting the head of state, and the slogan “Never North, only Macedonia” was heard.
Earlier, President Pendarovski experienced a similar situation in Galichnik, when during the Galician wedding he was greeted with boos and messages of dissatisfaction from the citizens.
