The U.S. State Department, on behalf of the USA, on Thursday sent congratulatory greeting to the people of North Macedonia on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the country’s independence.
“With the opening of accession negotiations with the European Union, North Macedonia made excellent progress towards European integration this year. Alliances in Europe and the pursuit of our democratic values are more important now than ever,” Secretary of State Antony Blinken said.
