It is evident that the Joint Historical Commission between Macedonia and Bulgaria is under pressure and it makes decisions and signs documents that are the result of political pressure, and we have no qualms about that, opposition leader Hristijan Mickoski said Friday. Mickoski pointed out that the sooner the commission is dissolved, the better it will be for them, so at least they will be able to preserve the little professional and personal dignity they have left.
“The pressure on the Historical Commission is evident. It can be seen that the commission makes decisions and signs documents that are practically the result of political pressure. And here we have no dilemma, and I think that the sooner it is dissolved, the better it will be for them, in order to preserve, at least a little, the professional and personal dignity that they have left. Otherwise, really, they will lose the little they have,” Mickoski said.
