The Government on a meeting on Wednesday approved funds for the liquid operation of the companies and continuous supply of thermal energy to the consumers of the City of Skopje. At the meeting, a decision was made, as stated in the announcement, to approve 1.1 billion denars or almost 18 million euros for the purchase of energy, before the beginning of the heating season, to JSC “Power Plants of North Macedonia”.
“With the appropriate measures taken by the Government, uninterrupted supply of thermal energy to the city of Skopje and reliability and stability in the delivery of thermal energy to consumers during this year’s heating season are ensured,” the government press service said in a press release.
