Today, Alternativa came up with a proposal for constitutional amendments, which it expects will prevent all elected and appointed officials in the legislative, executive and local government from acquiring illegal property benefits.
The leader of the Alternativa party Afrim Gashi said on Saturday that he expects all political parties in the country to unite for this proposal of theirs. He says that the proposed amendment to the Constitution was prepared in broad consultation with the legal teams of the party and that from today the proposed text will be put to a broad public debate.
