Agriculture Minister LjupchoNikolovski leased a building plot of 5174 square meters in the municipality of Debar as agricultural land.Nikolovski, as the head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, concluded an agreement with EkremZengofrom Debar and on March 14 with archive number 68-77107/1 for the lease of agricultural land for 30 years for raising bee colonies and for the same he is obliged according to the agreement to pay an annual rent of 5,745 denars, chairperson of the VMRO-DPMNE Commission for Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management CvetanTripunovski told a press briefing on Friday.
Tripunovski pointed out that what is disputed in the whole contract is that Nikolovski is giving land in a construction area on the very shore of Debar lake at a ridiculous price of 5745 denars per square meter, where the market price of the same is 50 euros and above, which means that the entire plot it would cost over 250 thousand euros.
