Several companies from the food industry, public water utilities and primary and secondary schools will be supplied with electricity at a preferential price through “ESM sales” starting December 1 until April 30, 2023 when the energy crisis ends.
According to the Government’s decision, companies producing basic food products such as edible oil, bread and bakery products, flour, milk and dairy products, meat and poultry industry will receive subsidized electricity through ESM Sales at a price of 80 euros per megawatt hour, for primary and secondary schools the price will be 95 euros per megawatt hour, the same as for public water supply and waste water disposal companies.
